When talk therapy hasn't been enough, there's a deeper way through. I help women heal trauma at the root, with goal-focused trauma therapy using Brainspotting, EMDR, and other approaches that work deeper than talk alone.

Maybe you've spent years in talk therapy, naming your trauma, understanding where it came from, even making peace with your story. But your body never got the memo. The anxiety still spikes. The triggers still land. Insight alone hasn't been enough.

That's because trauma isn't stored in the parts of your brain that talking reaches. It lives in the nervous system, which is why healing has to go deeper than words.

Brainspotting and EMDR work with your brain's natural ability to process and release what talk therapy alone can't touch.

If you’re struggling with emotions from difficult relationships that altered your self-perception and worldview, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you heal from past trauma, rebuild trust, and rediscover joy without fear of further pain. My ultimate goal is to help you find the stability and balance needed to reconnect with your interests and lead a more authentic life.

How I can help

Trauma & PTSD

The past has a way of staying present. I help women heal from childhood trauma, abusive relationships, and religious harm so they can finally move forward.

Brainspotting & EMDR

Powerful brain-based therapies that reach where talk alone can't. Many clients come to me for EMDR and discover brainspotting takes their healing even deeper.

Faith-Integrated Counseling

For Christian women who want their faith to be part of their healing journey. A space where your beliefs are understood, always welcome, and always your choice.

I believe therapy should move you forward, not keep you circling the same conversation for years. From our first session, we'll be working toward something specific: real change, not just more insight into what's wrong.

I use Brainspotting, EMDR, and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help you process trauma at the level it actually lives. I’ll meet you where you’re at so the process feels safe and grounded.

I'm also a follower of Christ, a wife, and a mother. While I welcome clients from all backgrounds, I especially enjoy walking alongside Christian women who want to integrate their faith into the healing process.
